Internet Safety Month Explained

In my haste to cruelly mock the US Senate’s “Internet Safety Month” (see previous post), I had neglected to do any research at all into the potential perils of the interwebs. Thankfully, I have been put straight by Shobhan Saxena, of the Times News Network, who reminds us that the blogosphere, in particular, is full of:

half-wits, religious maniacs, failed writers, sociopaths and cold-blooded killers.”

So think on, as my Mother would say.
