Ever since I picked up my first museum audio guide (thanks to my girlfriend’s influence), I’ve been marvelling at the untapped potential of digital guides - ideally based upon an open, updateable model. Yellow Arrow is one of the first truly open examples I’ve read about where there is a mechanic to allow people to create their own easily-accessible points of interest. There’s a great opportunity for someone to support this - or for a number of brands to bastardise and ruin the idea.
