While scrounging around for some free data on the Hitwise site (oh the joys of being a scrappy startup) I stumbled across this handy guide to RSS Feeds – which just served to remind me – never overestimate the technical / online skills of your audience – better to state the bleeding obvious than to leave people bewildered. If you’re worried about the savvy turning up their noses, then you probably need more to worry about.
