We’ve just received our copy of September’s Communicate magazine and are happy to report that we got a mention in their ‘Tweet, poke, like’ feature. They asked us for our thoughts on which companies make the most of specific social media platforms and, most importantly, who generated results from them.
This was our take on Dominos’ use of their Facebook page:
Domino’s are attributing – in part – a 29% increase in pre-tax profit in the UK to their Facebook activity which creates a complete customer experience. Fans have access to customer service, discounts and competitions to earn the status of ‘super-fan’, to mention but a few aspects.
