What we do: RMM is a digital business consultancy. We’ve been fortunate enough to work for some big brands (such as Barclays, Diageo, and Vodafone), some leading tech innovators (including ebay, Shazam, Mozilla) and the Queen.

From 2006 to 2012, RMM focused on helping organisations use social media to drive growth, by creating more connected organisations and more profitable customer relationships. This is still an important part of what we do, but our work now revolves around three areas: digital business innovation, digital commercial strategy and tech start-up business growth.

Who we’ve worked with: Projects can range from designing and delivering multichannel services, to identifying new sales propositions and partnership opportunities, to managing the business roadmap for start-ups. For example:

  • We devised Barclaycard’s social media and community strategy (across marketing, HR, product innovation, loyalty teams).
  • We worked with ebay Europe to create a new content strategy, creating new data, traffic-driving and partnership opportunities.
  • We devised Estee Lauder’s social business strategy and embedded it across the nine key brands in the UK.
  • We devised NHS Choices’ approach to online community engagement, in partnership with the Capita Healthcare team.
  • We created new commercial offers and partnership opportunities for, post-CBS merger.
  • We developed a UK/Europe go-to-market framework for online reputation company, Qnary.

Our Capabilities: RMM’s areas of expertise include:

  • Designing and delivering multichannel services and projects.
  • Helping businesses employ new technologies (social, mobile, data, AI, personalisation etc).
  • Leading teams that devise and deliver digital transformation solutions – from concept design through to partnership development, training and customer engagement programs.
  • Creating new commercial propositions.
  • Developing and managing partnerships.
  • Developing commercial/go-to-market strategy for start-ups.
  • Directing operations for start-ups.
  • Strategic and commercial input into service/product creation.
  • Helping to prepare organisations for fundraising initiatives.
